Night scope pard ds 35-50 lrf
By: Clive Tebbet on 13 February 2024Needed a capable day night scope for an airgun, requirements were low power out to 50 meters, uses plinking and small critter pesting. Dropped into Huntthenight explained my needs and this was the recommended scope. Works extremely well, nice clear image, view is somewhat tighter or so it seems than a visual scope, but as I use this with a handheld thermal, I’m not searching for targets specifically. Rangefinder is easy to use and once you have tinkered with the program setup it’s pretty straightforward. 940 ir torch shines way further than I require. Balistics is good from 18-60meters I have found calculations down to 3m are better just writing your own dope sheet and using the graded scale reticle. Graded scale is accurate in 4x and 8x but doesn’t change for 5,6,7. To sum it up, I got exactly what I needed thanks to the team at Huntthenight.
